Dear Homeowners,

The Creeks of Willow Bend sustained a lot of damage from last nights storm. We had over fifteen trees destroyed in the storm in the common areas and one of the walls damaged by the high winds fell in the backyards of three homeowners on Coventry Lane. Several homeowners had high winds damage their roofs and fences. The whole area suffered a lot of damage last night.

The landscape company came out early this morning and started working on removing tree limbs from the streets and common areas. This process will take a few days to complete. We have contacted the Insurance Company and stated the claim process to repair the damage to the common areas. I will update you on the progress of the repairs.

You should check your home to see if you had any damage from the storm and check on your neighbors as well.

If you have any questions please contact me at 972-960-2800 ext. 314.
